The merchant operating the Global Vintage Luxury Hub storefront is responsible for personal-information handling described in this notice unless a specific notice states otherwise. Business and legal enquiries can be sent through Client Services.

Depending on how you use Global Vintage Luxury Hub, we may process your name, email, telephone number, account details, delivery and billing information, order and return history, saved preferences, support messages, marketing choices, device and browser information, security logs and cookie or analytics information.

Payment providers process payment-account or card details under their own systems. Global Vintage Luxury Hub may receive payment references, status, amount and related transaction information needed to operate and support the order, but we do not ask you to send card credentials through Client Services.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, maintain your bag and preferences, take and support orders, process payments and refunds, arrange delivery and returns, provide tracking and customer care, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain the service, meet legal or accounting duties and resolve disputes.

Where required, marketing or other optional uses are based on your consent and can be withdrawn. Other processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with law or pursue legitimate operational and security interests where permitted.

We disclose only the information reasonably needed to providers that support the service. Current or expected categories include hosting and application infrastructure, database services, payment processing, fraud and security, delivery carriers, tracking services, transactional communications, analytics and customer support.

Global Vintage Luxury Hub currently uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for commerce infrastructure and PayPal for configured payment processing. Shipment information may be provided to the carrier selected for the order and, if enabled, a tracking partner such as 17TRACK. Provider use remains subject to the applicable service and privacy terms.

Global Vintage Luxury Hub is a cross-border storefront. Personal information may therefore be processed in countries or regions different from where you live, including where our merchant operations and service providers are located.

Where applicable law requires a specific transfer mechanism, recipient notice, assessment or separate consent for a cross-border transfer, Global Vintage Luxury Hub will use that mechanism or provide the required notice at the relevant collection or transfer step. We take reasonable steps to require recipients to protect information for the agreed purpose.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected. Retention is determined by account status, order and customer-service needs, applicable tax and accounting requirements, consumer-protection and warranty obligations, fraud and security needs, dispute or limitation periods and any mandatory legal retention rule. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or otherwise securely disposed of as appropriate.

We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access controls and restricted administrative operations. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so we also review incidents and take response measures when required.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know about or access your personal information, obtain a copy, correct or complete it, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw consent and opt out of marketing.

Use Client Services or the support email shown above to make a privacy request. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

Global Vintage Luxury Hub is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot lawfully provide the information or enter the relevant transaction without parent or guardian authorisation. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact Client Services.

We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected in the current published version and, where required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
