Please provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the website lawfully. We may maintain, update, suspend or correct site content where reasonably necessary for security, availability or accuracy.

Product descriptions and imagery are provided to describe the item as accurately as reasonably possible. Colour appearance can vary by display. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Prices are shown in the market currency selected by the storefront. If an obvious technical or pricing error occurs, Global Vintage Luxury Hub may correct it and may decline an affected order before acceptance. If payment has already been captured for an order we cannot fulfil, the affected amount will be refunded.

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. Automated checkout or payment messages do not by themselves mean that Global Vintage Luxury Hub has accepted the order.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully captured and the order is confirmed in the commerce system. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment or fraud checks fail, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, delivery is not reasonably possible, or law requires it. If a captured payment is cancelled, Global Vintage Luxury Hub will initiate the appropriate refund.

Available payment methods are presented at checkout. Payment processing is performed through the configured payment provider. Global Vintage Luxury Hub does not ask customers to send payment card or account credentials through Client Services messages.

Orders are dispatched from China. Shipping services, charges and free-delivery thresholds are determined by the market settings presented at checkout. The storefront currently applies a default customs-duty charge of 0 unless checkout expressly states otherwise; destination authorities or carriers may still impose legally required import charges.

Return authorization and the applicable return address are provided through Client Services. Detailed warehouse and return addresses are not published on the storefront. Shipping, tracking, returns and refunds are governed by the current Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, together with any stronger mandatory right that applies to the transaction.

Global Vintage Luxury Hub branding, product imagery, editorial content, text and site design are protected materials. Except for normal personal use of the storefront, they may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission or another lawful basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, Global Vintage Luxury Hub is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach, or for delays caused solely by events outside reasonable control, but this does not affect obligations relating to goods, refunds, safety, privacy or other mandatory rights.

These terms operate alongside the laws applicable to the merchant and the transaction. If the customer is protected by mandatory consumer law in their place of residence or purchase, these terms do not require them to waive those protections or any forum right that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact Client Services first so we can try to resolve an issue promptly.

We may update these terms for future orders when the service, law or operating model changes. The version applicable to an accepted order is the version made available at the time of that order, subject to mandatory law.
